I am having a problem updating my Ipad 2 software from version 4.3.5 to 5.0.1. Download to my PC seems to go OK (takesa approx 6 mins). When Download complete, I gaet a message stating “processing file” after a few seconds I get pop up message stating “There wasa problem downloading teh software for the ipad. The connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later.”
There is nothing wrong with my network settings nor the connection.
Looking in downloads show file zeroKB of 723.6MB err= -3259.
Any thoughts?
