ipad 2 fault and apple support or lack of.
To cut a very long story short ,i bought an ipad 2 on 20th dec for my daughter and after 4 days it keeps resetting itself.
I contacted apple and they arranged a pick up with ups on 12th jan . The ipad came back today 20th jan unrepaired as they said it has cosmetic damage to the casing which invalidates the warranty . When i sent the ipad2 off it was as new no marks whatsoever .I told them it must have been done at their repair centre in leicester ,They wont have it they said i have done it which is untrue.
After nearly an hour on the phone at 5pence a minute nothing was solved.
This now means if it breaks altogether i have an ipad2 which cost £500 with no warranty . i have restored it numerous times and it still resets itself at irregular intervals…..PLEASE HELP AS MY 11YR OLD DAUGHTER IS WITHOUT A PROPERLY WORKING IPAD.
just to add on the 7th of jan the advsor on the phone said we will repair it or send a new one out which they are now denying and saying they only replace .HELP
