iPad FAQ » I know that there will be more features and apps added for the iPad so I’m not sure whether I should get it now or later in the future. Or wait until the prices drop.

Don’t get it now. There are things they have to fix and definitely wait until the price drops. But, my real advice is to not buy it at all. Why would you need an enlarged iPod Touch?

LikeDislikeif you got the money is all the matters, the price will drop once the 3g comes out, or wait 6 months for lower price,

LikeDislikeThe truth is only YOU can correctly answer this question.
Are you an early technology adopter? Do you feel the need to have the latest tech toys, like this, as soon as they come out?
As we know and have seen with all “hot tech” products the price will always come down, but the question is when and how much. This is true with desktop computers, laptops, iPods, cool new cell phones etc. There will always something new and exciting.
So, if you can afford it now and want it, then why wait – but if this purchase is a financial stretch for you or you do not need or really want it now – take a pass.

LikeDislikeNew things will keep on coming to the market and if you wait , you will keep on waiting.
iPad is not just ereader it’s a complete computer.
It’s always on so no need to boot it and battery lasts for 15 hours. It has iWork so creating word document, spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation is charm on it.
With Apps like ABC player, Netflix you can watch movies and tv shows. You can even download movies and other videos for offline viewing.
I got on first day and I am very happy with it.
I do almost everything that I could do on my laptop. I create presentation on it and connect to projector to show it. Book reading is enjoyable and gaming is at it’s best.
I don’t watch tv anymore I catch all the shows on iPad and I keep myself updated with sports action also. Watching sports live on iPad is out of this world.
