How much useable memory is on an iPad 16gb and 32gb?

I’m not sure specifically how much space the 16GB or the 32GB iPad have but the iPhone OS only takes up about 300 or so MB of space, so you don’t have to worry about it. I guess the 16 would have like about 14GB free and the 32 about 29-30GB free. After the formatting, it’s not the actual capacity of the size advertised, due to Binary Prefix vs SI Prefixes…
The size of Apps can vary. I have some that go from 0.3 KB all the way up to 450+ MB. On average, most will be under 100MB, except for most HD Apps.
