How do you install a cracked IPA file onto an ipad?

I downloaded an IPA file from a site on my computer and I need to know how to install it onto my ipad without itunes giving me an error saying that cannot be accomplished. My ipad is jailbroken. Please help and thank you.

doesn’t the ipad have installous too, if so get it and install cracked apps through the ipad without itunes.
