How do I make an iPad app? Is there a program I can get? I don’t want to lend it out to a third party to create it. Is there just a language or a base system you can write one off of?
It will cost a lot of money to get an app made if you don’t make it. You will need a Macintosh to code an app. You will need to know objective c and cocoa touch. Once yi. Know how to program in Those languages you should be able to start putting your app together in Xcode which you can get from.
